After receiving your dog stairs, please allow 24-48 hours for the foam to fully expand before use. The inner foam is not washable, so take care when handling it. The stairs offer multiple configurations, allowing you to assemble them according to your needs, whether you want a large bed or several smaller beds.

We use CertiPUR-US certified foam sourced from the USA to ensure the highest quality for your pets. Our foam is manufactured without harmful substances like ozone depleters, flame retardants, mercury, or lead. The stable design of our stairs, featuring ultra-high-density 35D sponge and non-slip fabric, ensures your pets' safety.

Cleaning the stairs is easy - simply remove the foam core and machine wash the cover separately in cold water. Do not machine wash or dry the foam core. With oversized zippers on each layer, disassembly and assembly are convenient.
